Simplified Customer to Associate Upgrade Process

Starting immediately, Customers can now easily set their Univera business in motion by upgrading to an Associate online. This means they can keep their original Univera ID number and their order history stays intact.

When someone is ready to Live Success in addition to enjoying the Live Young health and wellness lifestyle, all they need to do is sign into Univera.com and go to My Account.  In My Account, choose Upgrade to Associate near the middle of the screen. The system will walk them through the process from choosing a pack to updating their Convenience Plan to finalizing their order.

 

Boom! They are now an Associate with the same ID number and a new starting date representing their resolve to make their future bright. Sponsor and placement stay the same and their order history remains intact.

In addition to this upgrade process, we enhanced the enrollment process so the Convenience Plan (CP) is now selected after the initial order. Plus we kicked up the impact of our messaging to emphasize the benefits of being an Associate and having a CP. We can’t wait for you to appreciate this improvement as you enroll more business builders.

The Customer to Associate Upgrade is available online at Univera.com only. We are working to make the simplified process available through Customer Care. Customer Care can upgrade anyone to Associate, but a new ID number is assigned and the order history will stay with the old ID number.
