Crepes are wonderful for their versatility. In addition to the Vanilla crepes in this recipe, you can also make a Chocolate version with our other Ultra Protein Daily Meal Replacement Shake flavor. For fillings, consider any of the following and more:
- low-fat ricotta or cottage cheese
- whip cream
- cream cheese
- peanut butter, almond butter, or Nutella
- fruit – sliced bananas, berries, peaches
- chopped nuts
Or be a rebel and make it dessert with caramel or chocolate topping, some vanilla ice cream, and candy pieces!
