Protein Passion Mousse
  1. Blend tofu and water in food processor.
  2. Add scoops of shake mix while blending.
  3. Scrape down sides and continue blending until creamy.
  4. Place in dessert glasses or sealed containers and refrigerate.
Flavor Options
  1. Mix both flavors and layer either alone or with fruit, nuts, and other tastes.
  2. Mix in flavors of amaretto, hazelnut, raspberry, coffee or a specialty liqueur as a great addition for special occasions.
  3. Garnish your mousse with fresh raspberries, some dark chocolate shavings, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
