*If you are not completely satisfied with a Univera product, return it for a balance on account or refund. A pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained by calling Customer Care at 877-627-4787. The empty, partially used or unused product package(s) or container(s) and invoice must be returned to Univera. Customers and Associates receive a 100% refund on orders returned within 90 days of the order date. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded. Please refer to the invoice and Univera’s Policies and Procedures, Section 7 for full details. Partial pack returns and orders returned outside of policy are not eligible for a refund.
