Improved Reporting Is on Its Way: And Just in Time for Convention!

As we gear up for Convention 2019, there are many things going on behind the scenes to help make your event experience the most memorable yet as we get ready to celebrate 20 years of Univera success. One of these preparations involves your Back Office.

This past weekend, you might have noticed that our website was down for scheduled maintenance. Actually, this was more than simple upkeep as we also installed an upgrade to a core component of your Back Office software. This was done to not only improve efficiency but also allow us the ability to implement several of our key convention announcements.

As we are finalizing this process, we are finding that some (but not all) of your Back Office reports may have been updated. We are working diligently to complete our testing and will have all aspects of this installation finished by Monday, 6/17/19.
