We are excited to announce an easier way to convert from Gift Card to Loyalty Club!
Feedback from the field notified us that Customers were struggling with the process of converting from their Gift Card trial to the Loyalty Club. From now on, Gift Card Customers will automatically be enrolled in the Loyalty Club at the end of their 90 days on the card! This makes it incredibly convenient for Customers to continue enjoying premium pricing!
This will help to eliminate any hurdles Customers may have been experiencing when converting, and guarantees that they continue to enjoy a premium Univera experience with preferred pricing (approximately 10% off retail) or wholesale pricing with a Convenience Plan (approximately 20% off retail).
Additionally, this simplifies things for YOU, the Associate, as you no longer need to keep track of each of your Gift Card Customers in order to manually upsell them on the Loyalty Club near the end of their 90 days!
How does it work?
The Customer will be charged the annual Loyalty Club fee of $9.95 when they are automatically enrolled in the program. But don’t worry, they will still receive the initial $10 credit for joining Loyalty Club. This credit can be redeemed by placing their next order through Customer Care by calling 877-627-4787 in the US or 800-363-1890 in Canada. Otherwise, credit will automatically be applied to their next Convenience Plan order.
If they decide that Loyalty Club isn’t the program for them, they will need to contact Customer Care to cancel their Loyalty Club subscription. They can contact Customer Care at 877-627-4787 in the US or 800-363-1890 in Canada.
