Univera has three amazing programs for our Customers, both new and long-term, that they can take advantage of in order to get some great benefits! The three programs are Free Shipping, Gift Card, and Loyalty Club. Here, we’ll outline the basics of each program and help to clarify the differences between each one. New Associates are eligible for our free shipping offer and Gift Card program.
Let’s start with our free shipping offer.
When a new Customer or Associate chooses a Convenience Plan (CP) at enrollment they receive FREE shipping on their enrollment order and the next 2 consecutive CP orders that ship within their first 90 days. It’s critical to understand that the two CP orders following their initial product order must be consecutive in order to qualify for free shipping.
A common mistake when promoting free shipping is equating free shipping and the Gift Card program. A new Customer or Associate does not need to be on the Gift Card or part of the Loyalty Club to take advantage of our free shipping offer. They do, however, need to be on a CP in order to get free shipping after their initial order.
When a Customer enrolls using a Univera Gift Card, they can save up to $50 on their enrollment order and receive Wholesale Pricing benefits for their first 90 days! Meanwhile, they are placed under your Business, so you get credit! The Customer gets the great benefit of Wholesale Pricing on top of our free shipping offer (remember free shipping is with their initial order and 2 consecutive CP orders after). At the end of the Gift Card’s 90 days, the Customer will be automatically enrolled in Loyalty Club to continue enjoying Univera products at a discounted price. So, let’s talk about the details of Loyalty Club.
Loyalty Club gives us the pleasure of offering our Customers premier pricing for a low annual fee of $9.95. To thank them for joining, we give $10 off their next order!
Here’s how it works:
- You enroll online and pay your $9.95 annual fee for your Loyalty Club membership. As soon as you choose the Loyalty Club, the $9.95 annual fee is added to your cart and your premier pricing becomes active on that order.
- We give you a $10.00 product discount towards your next order!
- Gift Card Customers will automatically be charged for Loyalty Club at the end of their 90 days
- Choose your level of savings!
- Sign up for a Convenience Plan (automatic monthly order) to receive Wholesale pricing, which is approximately 20% off Retail price. Any order you place for the year will receive Wholesale pricing.
- If you decide you don’t want a Convenience Plan, you receive Preferred pricing, which is approximately 10% off Retail price. Place orders any time you want.
- We’ll remind you when it’s time to renew your membership next year so you can keep enjoying good health and premier pricing!
