If you wish to make changes to your Convenience Plan (CP) online, you can do so anytime of the month up to midnight on the day your CP processes (the 1st, 8th, 15th, or 22nd of the month). This allows you to make sure you get EXACTLY what you want in your CP order — every month!
Be sure to make any changes you’d like to see to your CP before that midnight deadline, as our system will not allow any changes between midnight and 5:00am on the process date.
