Instructions
  1. In a blender add berries, mint, lemon juice, Xtra, Aloe Select, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain mixture and discard pulp, if desired.
  3. Pour the strained mixture into a pitcher or punch bowl and add water.
  4. Add preferred sweetener or more water according to your taste.
  5. Serve chilled.

  2. Add chilled sparkling water or sparkling apple juice to fill your glass.

Instructions
  1. Brew a pot of your favorite interesting herbal tea. Make it strong.
  2. Combine with equal amount of fruit juice (most fruits work well, but avoid grapefruit or prune juice.)
  3. Add 1-2 oz Xtra or Essentials for every 2 cups of tea & juice combined
  4. Serve iced in tall glasses, garnished with a strawberry or lemon wedge, or a sprig of mint.
Recipe Notes

If making for a crowd, serve in punch bowl, floating with lemon slices. For a carbonated beverage, add a little ginger ale or sparkling water.

Hint: frozen whole fresh berries or seedless grapes may be used instead of or in addition to ice cubes.
