Mango Cantaloupe Soup
Add Aloe Select Mango to this refreshing appetizer soup for a sweet surprise.
Cut cantaloupe in half and scoop out pulp and seeds.
Peel cantaloupe and cut into smaller chunks (about 1/2 inch).
Add cantaloupe, Aloe Select Mango, Greek yogurt, salt, a small amount of sweetener (about 1/2 tsp), and ginger (if desired) to blender.
Blend until smooth, you may need to add more Aloe Select Mango for a thinner, smoother soup.
Taste and adjust salt and sweetener as needed. More Greek yogurt will make your soup creamier, but may require additional sweetener depending on personal tastes.
Pour into bowls, garnish, and serve.
There are so many ways to garnish your cantaloupe soup!
- Try a dollop of Greek yogurt, some berries, or some mint leaves.
- For a formal or special occasion, gently set some edible flowers on top.
While this is a fresh, flavorful appetizer, it can also be a great light lunch or dinner, especially with some additional Greek yogurt for added protein.

Ultra Protein Crepes
Versatile and easy, Chocolate or Vanilla crepes made with Univera Ultra Protein Daily Meal Replacement Shake.
Separate egg whites and place in a medium bowl. Mix gently to blend but do not beat. You can use 1/2 c liquid egg whites instead.
Add the scoop of Ultra Protein Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake mix. Moderately beat the egg whites and shake with a wire whip until just blended.
Add milk or milk alternative to consistency. About 1 Tbsp should be sufficient.
Heat pan to HOT and spray well with cooking spray or spread with a small amount of olive oil.
Add batter to the pan in a thin, even coat. A couple tablespoons of batter should be sufficient for each crepe in a medium sized pan. Cook crepe until top begins to look dry, flip and cook for about 20 more seconds.
Serve with fillings as described in the notes.
